Kelvin called me up yesterday and asked me go Ipoh for lunch, he want to introduce this Restaurant to me and meet up some of his friend.

The first dish strongly recommend by Mr. Teh is "Hair Moss/Fatt Choy" with fresh crab meat! According to Mr. Teh, the original "Hair Moss" itself cost around MYR$ 1,000 per kilo due to its banned item by China Goverment in late 90s. The original "Hair Moss/Fatt Choy" taste very sweet and crispy. good starter :)
