This is the Secret Weapon that Mr.Teh order for me - Abalone,which Cantonese people rate this as "Four Head" (四头鲍鱼) , They want me to try it then make a guess what will be the selling price for this single dish?! Ermm ...... My answer is ........ Why don't you make a wild guess & tell me ?

The Abalone sauce mix with egg noodles was Kelvin Favourites....... Very full lunch with lots of suprise & satisfaction.
