"Salty Crabs" - Apply own recipe & salt on the crabs and steam it immediately while the crabs still alive, the cooking style of this dish might be unkind for certain people but this cooking style can bring out the real sweet taste of the crab!!!

According to Sam, he love to order this and frozen it in fridge for over night, then enjoy the frozen salty crabs with his favourite Champagne - Dom Perignon or Moet Chandon !!! Phew ...... I promise will give a try to this method since Moet is my favourite (",
