Any corner of this world can be dangerous, Langkawi island was one of
the highlight island by goverment malaysia. police & army station in
langkawi as well, so visitor do not worry getting into trouble. For my
experience, people there understand that tourism was their only rice
bowl, thats why they alway very polite and willing to help
tourist/visitor. a quick tips i'll recommend is : take care of your
own property & do not show off your money or property, this reduce
potential risk wherever you travel in this world :) during my
holiday, i would say 90% were foreigner @ Langkawi.
