what nation is it in and how much does it cost and is there an commond
scense for an American to buy a condo there to visit say once a year or so
or would you suggest a different location....also is their any industry
close by.

Sorry for the late reply. Langkawi Island @ northern part of Malaysia,
more info can fine @ http://www.tourism.gov.my/en/default.asp , as
understand from Langkawi local department, property(condo,land & etc.)
were protected and control by goverment, which mean you can't really
buy any property there other than rental basic. Unless big
resort/hotel developement might be consider.

thats not my car, i rent it when i land Langkawi, Malaysia made name
"Proton Iswara" Manual 1.3cc, low peak season rental around MYR 40-55
, peak season can go up to MYR 80 or higher.find a good agent or tour
guide can help to save some money.

If you able to visit Langkawi, do share your experience with me as well, ok!
